The season of Advent is a time of expectant anticipation of two important events. The first is the birth of Jesus, the son of God, which is celebrated on Christmas. Also, in Advent, we anticipate the return of Jesus in power and glory. This sermon explores the second coming of Jesus. What does that mean? And why does it matter?
