Our Winter Offerings Begin
Sundays @ 9:30 am
Adult Forum: Knowing God Through the Nicene Creed
Do you want to know more about God? That is, do you want to know more about who God is, what he’s done, is doing, and will do—and how you fit into it all?
If so, Grace Anglican’s Sunday Adult Forum is just the place for you this coming fall through next spring. Beginning Sunday morning, Sep 8 and continuing through next May 31 join us at 9:30 in the Living Room for an in-depth exploration of our powerful and loving God.
Our time together promises to be different from typical Bible studies you may have experienced about God. In this study, we’ll take 34 Sundays to examine the theology of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Our material all comes from the Bible, but it will be organized in a way to help you focus on each person of the Trinity “individually,” so to speak.
And, we’ll use the Nicene Creed, the Church’s classic declaration of the Christian faith, as our guide. Each Sunday you will learn something new about our infinite God, something that just might come to your mind as we recite the Nicene Creed together in our worship after the Forum.
God has gone to a lot of expense to reveal himself to you and the rest of humankind since the beginning of time. Literally. After all, he made us to enjoy him. Why not take him up on his offer and spend a few Sundays to hear what he has to say about himself? Who knows, you might just be able to hear him better when he speaks directly to you!

Women’s Bible Study- Isaiah
The women’s Wednesday morning Bible study resumes on January 15. Join us as we study The Epic of Eden: Isaiah by Sarah Richter. Often named the fifth gospel, the book of the prophet Isaiah has more to say about Israel’s coming Messiah than any other Old Testament book. This eight-week study explains Israel’s religion and economy, explores the definition and role of the prophets, and helps us to apply the message of this great champion of faith to our lives today. Books are $20 and will be available at the first meeting. Sign up at the back table.
Saturday @ 8:00 am
Men's Bible Study- Genesis
Genesis, the Book of Beginnings, answers some profound questions: who are we, what sort of world is this, why are our lives such a struggle, and what can we do about it? Genesis also begins to answer another question: who is God?
It is an extraordinary Biblical book that can set your feet on a firm foundation if you will invest the time to digest its contents. Want to learn more about who you really are and what is really wrong with life? Join us in the Men’s Bible Study and breakfast on Saturday mornings. Coffee and fellowship begin at 7:30 a.m., breakfast at 8:00, Genesis at 8:30, we’re done by 9:30. These two hours each week can change your life.
