You Must Be Born Again

Nicodemus
• Teacher of Teachers
• Pharisee
• Sanhedrin

What does it mean to be born again?
• Born of water through Baptism
• Born of the Spirit
• Flesh can not enter the Kingdom of Heaven
• Flesh is sin, of this world
• Spirit is Life, of the Kingdom of God
• To have Eternal life

How to be born again?
• Believe in Jesus

What does it mean to believe in Jesus?
• Means not to be condemned
• Living in the light
• Fruit comes from light
• Truth comes from the light

What happens to those that do not believe?
• They are already condemned to hell
• People love darkness, love sin. Wackiness loves Evil. Darkness is afraid of the light because it exposes it.
• Our natural state is death, but we were meant for life
• The light is meant
• We are afraid of the light because it shows are shame because we are naked
• Shame likes to keeps in the darkness so it not exposed

We have a choice
• Light, Life, Jesus
• Darkness, Death, Sin
• Nicodemus had a choice. He was riddle with fear in the face of fear. He asked to follow. In the end he doesn't. Now we don't know if it changes latter down the line.
• So what is your choice?
