The Ascension

Now you see him, now you don’t. That is what it was like with Jesus after his resurrection. He would appear, leave, and then reappear somewhere else. Finally, though, the time came for Jesus to return to the Father. And in front of his slack jawed disciples, he was lifted into the clouds. It was the end of his time on earth. But it was not the end of his ministry to the people on earth. How has that ministry continued?
