You have been lied to all your life. We all have. Over and over we are told, “You would be happy if…”. Fill in the blank. You would be happy if you had a new car, whiter teeth, lost weight and on an on. We fall for it. Eventually though the new (fill in the blank) loses its luster. And the cycle begins again. There is a better way.
