Genesis, the Book of Beginnings—a big, long book that starts with the beginning of time and runs to about 1800 BC or so—A LONG time! Written over 3,000 years ago, it contains a lot of stories about people with odd names from weird places that do things way different from how things are done now. That is until you slow down and look closely. Then, these ancient Middle Easterners begin to look more familiar. In fact, you may recognize a family member or two in them. And if you look real closely, you just might find yourself in this big, long book of beginnings. For sure, you’ll find God in it. All this can make Genesis tough to tackle on our own—it’s easy to get discouraged and confused in its pages. So, we need all the help we can get. We need a guide to keep us on the path. AND this is where Grace Anglican’s Saturday Men’s Bible Study (MBS) is ready to jump into your life and help you out! Ever wondered if there’s more to life than what you’ve been getting? Ever feel lost, like you’re not sure where you are at times? Ever wonder who the heck you really are, why things are so screwed up, and what the heck can you do about it? Join us as early as 9:15 for coffee and fellowship then stay for the study at 9:30 and finishes at 10:15. Study objectives and other information are distributed via email the prior Sunday.
