Although Anglicans are the third largest denomination in the world, there are many other options to choose from. Estimates are there are over 200 denominations in the United States and something like 45,000 (yes forty five thousand) globally. With so many options, why choose Anglican?

Glad you asked! On Saturday, November 12, we will answer that question. That day, we will host a nationally recognized expert on the Anglican way of being Christian. His name is The Rev. Canon Chuck Collins. Chuck is the Director for the Center for Reformation Anglicanism. He has served as Rector of Episcopal and Anglican churches in Texas, Florida, New Mexico, and Arizona. He served as Canon Theologian in the Diocese of the Rio Grande where he became close friends with David and Sue Dowell.  David says, “Because of Chuck Collins, I am an Anglican and a recommitted Christian. His focus on Grace and teaching the gospels helped me find my way.”

Chuck has written extensively on Reformation Anglicanism and is published in numerous journals and magazines. He is the author of Cranmer's Church: Then and Today (2021) Introducing Anglicanism in America, and Reformation Anglicanism: Biblical, Generous, Beautiful (2015).

The morning will begin with coffee at 8:30 A.M followed by breakfast and our speaker. There is no charge for this special morning.

YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS. Sign up sheet will be in the foyer this Sunday.
