As Executive Pastor, Bill Russell manages Grace Anglican’s finances and facilities, and serves as Treasurer. He provides reporting and analysis to the Financial Stewardship Group, and assists the Rector in preparation and maintenance of the annual budget.
Bill also teaches regularly in the Sunday Adult Forum, and facilitates two small-group Bible studies: the Saturday Men’s Bible study, and a Thursday night group of adults. In addition, he edits, publishes, and writes for our Advent and Lenten devotionals: Journey to Bethlehem and Journey to Jerusalem.
Bill spent 30 years in Information Technology management before taking Jesus seriously. He holds BA and MA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from the University of Houston, and an MAR from Trinity School for Ministry.
Bill has been married to Diane for 34 years; they have two children, Carson and Garrett. Bill is stepfather to Jennifer Haley, Diane’s daughter. Bill has two other sons, Keith Stone and Jason Ellis.
